We offer a range of industrial-grade rubber products and custom rubber stripping and sealing solutions for industrial applications. We carry an expansive inventory of sheet rubber, allowing us to provide clients with the rubber products they need.

  • Sheet rubber: UIP provides a vast selection of commercial and industrial sheet rubber goods produced under rigorous quality control criteria to ensure excellent quality. Our huge stock of various sheet rubbers ensures the availability of the rubber item you need. Our sheet rubber stock is available in the following varieties: Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, Butyl, pure gum, Viton, EPDM, and SBR red rubber. Additionally, we have FDA-grade, non-asbestos, and matting and skirtboard sheet rubbers.
  • Custom cut rubber, rubber sealing, and stripping: To satisfy the requirements of virtually any industrial use, UIP International offers custom cut rubber sealing and stripping solutions. We have a large selection of rubber and other non-metallic elements, like PTFE/Teflon, cork, or graphite in stock and provide same-day confirmation and shipment of orders. Industrial Hose

We provide custom-manufactured industrial hoses for a variety of industries. Our hoses are produced in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring all products are exceptional in quality. UIP’s
industrial hoses include air or multi-purpose hoses, chemical hoses, steam hoses, petroleum hoses,
material handling hoses, offshore oil and submarine hoses, special applications (coolant hoses), hydraulic hoses, marine hoses, water hoses, and sanitary hoses.

Marine Hose

UIP provides a full range of maritime hoses for recreational and commercial boating applications. Our line of marine hoses includes marine exhaust hoses, water hoses, marine fuel hoses, electrical hoses, vent and duct hoses, offshore oil hoses, and marine hose accessories.

Hydraulic Hose

Hydraulic hoses are available in bulk from UIP or as a complete assembly with hydraulic crimp connections already attached. Hose type, fitting, and length can all be customized. We also pressure-test the hydraulic hoses.

Hose Couplings & Accessories

UIP has a vast inventory of stainless steel, brass, and aluminum hose couplings, replacement parts, and fittings. Our wide selection includes cam and groove couplings, crimp sleeves and adapters, universal air hose fittings, KC nipples, replacement parts, and coupling accessories.

Metal Hose and Pump Connectors

UIP’s line of MATCHLESS corrugated hoses are general-purpose hoses that transport gases and liquids at high pressures and temperatures while remaining flexible. Chemicals like sulphuric acid and ammonia are often handled using stainless metal pipes. Our hoses are perfect for correcting misalignment, absorbing vibration, equipment motion, and piping contraction or expansion.
We also provide a wide selection of fittings and metal hose pump connectors.

Gaskets

We use materials ranging from rubber to composite to metal to manufacture our gaskets. We use advanced gasket production techniques such as CNC knife cutting, die-cutting, rubber stripping, and custom designs.

Industrial applications for our gaskets are in aerospace, automotive, chemical/petrochemical, electrical, food processing, gas and oil, pharmaceutical, pumping, rail, and water.

Expansion Joints

UIP provides rubber, metal bellows, fabric, Teflon or PTFE-lined, and FEP fluoroplastic expansion joints to relieve stress in pipeline applications. Our expansion joints are available in various materials such as high-grade stainless steel, high-quality elastomers, and alloys like Hastelloy, Inconel, and Monel.

Air Spring Bellows

UIP provides Bellows Type and RUBENA Type air springs to mitigate noise and vibration issues in industrial applications. They are available in the following configurations:

4. Fixed Rubber Bands and Metal Ends Bellows Assembly
