Buna N Nitrile Rubber, also known as nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is a synthetically produced rubber sheet ideal for seals, gaskets and O-rings in applications requiring a highly oil-resistant material. An extremely versatile rubber, Nitrile sheet rubber is used in a wide range of applications including marine fuel systems, engine carburetors, aeronautical, automotive, and engine carburetors. In addition to its excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oil, and fuel, it is also good for water, alcohols, chemicals, and silicone grease applications.
