Tan Pure Gum Rubber

Outstanding tensile strength, elongation and abrasion resistance make Tan Pure Gum
Rubber an excellent choice for tubes, sleeves, and wear pads in many industrial
applications. An FDA approved material, Tan Gum has low-temperature flexibility,
compression set, and excellent adhesion to fabric and metals.  It is non-marking, soft, smooth and flexible. If offers outstanding tear strength, does not hold memory and has self-healing ability.  Often used as a seal and can conform to irregular flanges with bolt heads.

Resists moderate chemicals, organic salts, acids, ammonia and alkalis.

Tan Pure Gum Rubber should not be used in services that expose the material to ozone conditions or petroleum-based
fluids.
